Felix Bunger is the "B" in BGI Genetics(Bunger Gaolong Incarna, he's the genetic super genius behind all the research and projects while Asian crime boss Zhou Gaolong and investment financier Eva Incarna are the bankroll. The company is the leader in NeoSapians, which are genetically engineered humanoid pet/workers. A little like the replicants from Blade Runner.
